Hard to see how close it is. The radius is quite sheltered ???
-
At this stage yes. I have had a quick look. Can't see anything that could be fitted backwards etc. But after a big sleep tomorrow is another day for a fresh look Lyndon

Just rubs on the rivet. My concern is its so close. In the air with load on it it may still rub without knowing how much clearance should be there while static. I would have thought about 3 or 4 mm minimum. I have zero now so it's a lot to find .

Next issue is the elevator rubs on the stabilizer. Can't see why or an easy fix other than a mallet. Just scuffs as it cycles Lyndon

I've. Pulled apart my stabilizer. Fitted the upgraded trim

I think your correct

So did I. Mine has a full a full length tab and mounts on the side in the kit ???

Same here. Looks straightforward. Thanks Lyndon

Two white wires. Just reverse the polarity. 9 volt battery will even work
-
Same I think. 5 wires. Earth and an up and down I take it. ??? Anyone know the colours Lyndon

Safely that should say

Just learnt something. I bought the upgraded trim tab kit. Primed it and I'm now fitting it. It's exactly the same as my kit. Bugger . Anyway with the 15 and 16 mm of movement on the tab. Can I just power up the unit safety or do I have to wait till the plane is ready to fly and adjust it. Be a lot easier to it while I'm building it on the bench. Lyndon

Had a quick look but can't find it. Take it this is a tool for adjusting something ??? Much later in the build. Lyndon

Good advice. Thanks

All sorted. Lots of advice. A new day and I have it worked out. Thanks again. Lots more questions to come. Lyndon

Ok all sorted. Drill the holes and get them sealed. The two inside tanks are balanced. Then when I use the manifold and turn that on all 4 tanks are balanced and drain evenly. Thus one level sigbt. On that what am looking for as far fittings for it. I have two large brass ( outlets for the two standard tanks and three small brass fittings. My thinking is two for the sight level and only one return to one tank seeing they are balanced. ?? I have the on off Tao and fittings. Two breathers. Two outlets and then three small fittings. Return and sight level ??? Lyndon

Makes sense with the manifold. Breathers come out of the lower skin I see. Found some brass outlets with a copper washer for the tanks. The breathing outlets have nothing. Seems less than ideal. But it must work Still have no idea what that spring is for the outlet of the long range tanks Lyndon

Sorry the manifold One set is always open. One set I can closed. I would think if a return line is used run it to set open always it will work fune.

This will help me sort it out. Do the standard tanks have return lines. Do the long range tanks have return lines. The manifold set I have allows for set of tanks to be turned off. This would have die consequences if the set turned off was full with a return line installed. I would think the outside tanks would be used first in a perfect world. Then shut off and the inner tanks turned on. But the manifold set won't allow either or or both. One set can't be turned off. Then the other set is turned on in tandem with the other set. Lyndon
