I am paying $180+ for 1US gal of Alodine but then dilute it 3 to 1 with distilled water, giving me about 15lts. of mixWhat is the brand name of the mag wheel cleaner? is it the same as Alumiprep 33? And to do large sheets Tom Cadet uses a frame knocked up out of 4x2 framing timber and lays a sheet of plastic in the frame on top of a bench to form a large shallow pond. I have all the parts up to 1200mm long sorted but am just working out how to do the sheets as they wont fit in the tubs I have bought. I have also decided to do a test fit of all the components for each assembly. I have started with the tail feathers. This enables me to ensure I have all the parts, and also allow me to get the assembly process in my head before I start the true assembly after the de-burring, Aldine and etch primer has been completed. I have found out already if you get one piece wrong you wont have everything line up correctly. I have finished my shed, received Council's Code of Compliance Certificate last month and have been setting up benches tools, etc. Lately, I have been sorting parts into groups and I would like to start putting the fin together in a week or so. Did you have a reason for riveting through the corner frames into the thin material of the wall frame?
