Pilot tests and quizzes

Recommended Posts

Hi,

I just started training for a private pilot license

in Arizona.

I found a book on Amazon.com called

"Airplane Trivia" which I found fascinating.

Can anyone recommend any other

test or quiz books for a beginner?001_smile.gif.2cb759f06c4678ed4757932a99c02fa0.gif

Thanks, Patsy.

Hi Patsy, There is a link to the USA Federal Aviation Administration flight handbooks on our Recreational Aviation website. They are great to read and will help you out. Heres the link:

http://www.auf.asn.au/students/auflinks.html

Just scroll down until you see the USA FAA handbooks. They are PDF files and there free to read.

I hope this helps, good luck with your training

These are also here on this site in the Tutorials part of the Resources section:

http://www.recreationalflying.com/tutorials/

and have a look at the bottom of the page...in fact many people are not aware of the vast tutorials that are available here at Aircraft Pilots by John Brandon...John advised me that his tutorials he has here are more comprehensive then what he has allowed RAAus to have on their site and he keeps his Tutorials here more updated then anywhere else so everyone should make use of his great material here whether you are starting off or refreshing your knowledge.

We all thank John for his great Tutorials.
