Good advice. a few years ago my wife picked up a book called the barefoot investor and we haven't looked back.
-
I have been looking at that side of it. The cost of were to keep it. the insurance rego maintenance and all the other costs that i don't know about.

I have one aircraft that I hire locally in Mackay. other than that i would have to drive seven hours north or five hours south.
-
Yes, it could change the relationship if you bend the aircraft. And the only other options are ownership or syndicate.
-
I don't think I would fly an uninsured aircraft.
-
Ok thanks, i looked on that flyhire site they were all GA
-
I just wanted the aircraft but then i think it would become commercial if money is exchanged then the insurance would go sky high.
-
wanted to ask can you only private hire from a flying school or can you hire and aircraft from anyone? Thanks

Finding a savannah with high hours to see how well the standard bracket wears would be interesting.
-
Yes, i think the grip and the position is excellent. being six feet makes it hard to get that second stage in with the standard factory mounts and handle.
-
So don't know if I should use your real name. I was out at 7 am mate had a bit of drama with the flap handle coming back in on 18 went for the second stage and it popped back to flaps up and tried again and got the same. so I had to do it with one stage.
-
That handle position would of helped me today when I was out flying.

There was some talk of this in a Facebook flying group. they were saying the courier mail was sniffing around the aero club looking for a story. -

This is just sad. It's a tragedy that she only got a year with him — they were just so perfectly suited, perhaps more than any couple I've ever met in my life." Brad Harris, a close friend a collaborator, says Mathew Farrell had marriage papers with him when he died. https://www.abc.net.au/news/2022-09-20/mount-beauty-plane-crash-victim-mathew-farrell-mourned/101458134?utm_medium=social&utm_content=sf260418576&utm_campaign=fb_abc_news&utm_source=m.facebook.com&sf260418576=1&fbclid=IwAR1wVo93Xpa-GN-tCAVA5L2Ui5UX31SF6PCw857vRHYaVdVmRTgg6JKqQ4o -
