After some weeks I still did not have a login and password. After a series of phone calls and being passed on to 6 different people, I was told by a young lady that my password was emailed to my account and it was against company policy to state it verbaly over the phone. I then tried to explain to her I could not get to the password in the email because I needed that password to login. She struggled to comprehend. My VPN service required me to first login in to the VPN service website to initiate it, I needed the VPN service to open their website .... What a pain in the arse. Did we do military secrets? Banking with access to money to swindle? Politicians with lies to suppress? NO I worked in a disability group home.
