ozzietriker
Hi all, Can anyone tell me where I could buy Loctite Anti Seize 8151 (or equivilent) for use on muffler ball joints on a Rotax 912ULS exhaust? I was hoping to source some locally in Brisbane CBD area. Thanks in advance :)

onetrack
Ozzietriker - Look up your local bearing suppliers.
skippydiesel
In addition to bearing suppliers try anyone supplying machine tools/equipment. You could try contacting the Loctite sales rep for your area - they will know who is retailing.
kgwilson
Supercheap sell Permatex anti seize, an American brand that works really well for about $14.50 a tube. I use it on spark plug threads and can be used on exhaust components. It is a graphite, aluminium & copper lubricant and resists temperatures of up to 870 deg C.

BUT when your Rotax service manual specifies a certain product most of us obsessives want to go with that recommendation (especially when its still available in AU)
