One of the best channels on YouTube.  I have been watching on FR24 and listening to the Fisk controller on live ATC. Looks like about 80% of all aircraft have ADSB which is nice.

Yes - Oshkosh by Gosh. I was there for three days back in 1990.

Oshkosh absolutely fantastic. Have to go at least once in your life. 10000 aircraft land,stay,camp there, you can walk around amongst them all. No nanny state fencing and security like Aus.

Had a bit of a peek at the EAA live streams early this morning.  Had a first look at 3am their time and even then, there was some action on stage.  The numbers of people and planes are staggering to someone excited by 30 planes turning up to a fly-in here.  Unfortunately, I may never get to an Oshkosh.

Just go, you won't be disappointed.  We went last year for first time, had a blast. Want to go again. Cheers.

Have been twice, both times camped on-site near the Red Shed and can highly recommend it. Went to WalMart to pick up basic camping gear, left it with some locals for their grandkids to use.
