I am the same used to come home and fly online everynight with live Sim ATC out of the US or Europe. Since obtaining my certificate and plane I have not even looked at flightsim x and I have the yoke x 2, pedals x 2 Throttle x 3 and six 19 inch monitors and 3 laptops to run it all Vatsim/Vatpac have good training manuals if you want to become a SIM Air Traffic Controller. these guys tried to make it as realistic as possible. I read somewhere that the EAA or FAA were considering using flightsim and Vatsim for there controlled airspace endorsments. Cheers

Can we get RAAus to ivestigate an edorsment that would allow us to fly in different parts of the world. I know that there would be a lot of red tape and a lot of discussions from all of the governing bodies and like usual what rules would we fly under is there a set of international rules. How do jet pilots fly into other countries. This way when we go overseas to work or for holidaying purposes we can still enjoy our hobby Cheers

THIS WAS VOTED THE BEST SHORT JOKE OF 2009 For his birthday, little Joseph asked for a 10-speed bicycle. His father said, "Son, we'd give you one, but the mortgage on this house is $280,000 and your mother just lost her job. There's no way we can afford it." The next day the father saw little Joseph heading out the front door with a suitcase. So he asked, "Son, where are you going?" Little Joseph told him; "I was walking past your room last night and heard you telling mom you were pulling out. Then I heard her tell you to wait because she was XXXXXX too. And I'll be damned if I'm staying here by myself with a $280,000 mortgage and no bike!

Wanted Sheep in Melbourne
tangocharlie123 replied to tangocharlie123's topic in AUS/NZ General Discussion
never any offence taken its all fun but sets the mind thinking though. I like Darkys response about lillydale as I know both the tooradin and lillydale strips. we used to own a sheep to keep the grass down at mum and dads once ours was done we would lend her out to our neighbors. cheers
