I just had another look at the video That wasnt El Presidentes plane that did the "steep turn" So therefore it must have been the Tas Aero Club plane and pilot Was it a GA pilot who was PIC? Are GA pilots limited to 60 degree angle of bank as well? The rules say "intentional", could the 'steep turn' have been unintentional? -

She must be special Nev. You can only get 20 years for murder. so you must be doing something right (or she is very tolerant.....) -
The other thing to consider is the modified canopy. The pilot would be sitting lower than normal because of the canopy and he may be slumped just below the canopy rail where we cannot see him The plane was extensively modified (see here http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/44569068/ns/us_news-life/) so I would assume that the seat position had changed as well

FT, death is not a pretty sight, being close to death is a reality check Why were you there, because Reno is the epitome of high speed adrenelin rushing low level flying As soon as you can, get in a plane and fly, experience the wonder of flight and ask yourself why those guys were there because they loved to fly Everything we do in life is risky Sometimes the odds are stacked against us But do we stop going to work each day because the stats say that we are more likely to die in a car crash on the way to work Learn from this experience and cherish every moment you have on this earth Take the risks, but manage the risk and enjoy the flying I believe you will become a better pilot because of this Cheers Bryon
