So first update for D-Motor, the alternator needed a change to a bigger one, there was a guy who discharged his Lithium battery, so when he was flying next time the batery couldnt get full and the alernator just kept charging until it let down.

regulator wire was now allot longer :/

I also exchanged my prop hub, the resin in the carbonfiber had some small cracks, all within calculations but D-motor didnt like it so he made prop manufacturer send me a new one.

And today me and my other half spent the whole day spraying glue, what a load of work, dont like it.

Don't make your aeroplane too heavy with all that glue, Skee 003_cheezy_grin.gif.c5a94fc2937f61b556d8146a1bc97ef8.gif.

First of! This Burger was amazing!

I got the plates between wings and front window up there, thank god i went to Aero Expo in Germany and photoed the ICP demo, instructions are really useless.

Also got the last mats in, i have a many pieces left that i dont know where to put? any ideas?

I filled her up with oil and coolant, seems she needed allot, weighed it up again and it went past 297,5kg to about 305kg using a bathroom scale,036_faint.gif.544c913aae3989c0f13fd9d3b82e4e2c.gif, (now using a bathroom scale and add three values up could be a misgiving)

My surveyor told me the weight only mattered when weighing it in and that i could remove some parts then put it back on after the weigh in, it just happened i talked to the final inspector(he owns the only parts shop in scandinavia) and he didnt actually care and gave me the same tips to make the limit and put everythng back in to get CG right? WTF is the point of removing stuff if both inspectors dont care about final weight? allot of extra work to remove stuff and put it back, why just not lie on the paper instead?!? my surveyor kinda agreed..

Only one leackage.....

I have the bigger Bolly Optimer prop and with the 600 wheels I think I have 275mm seems to be enough you just have to be careful on some strips around here

210mm clearance..

The aircraft itself will probably work fine, i have done my best with my tools and knowhow, im certain people could have done this allot better, ive learned allot on the way, what to do and what not to do, one is that do not let tape sit to long or it will rip off your paint.

For now im doing the Pilot operating handbook, i applied for registration that seems to take forever, need it before applying for everything rest, but most of all i wish it could get warmer outside, -15C dosent help...

They look like the parts that are riveted to the top of the doors to close the gap at the top.

Can't say positively without a better picture, cross section view.

For now im doing the Pilot operating handbook,

Why dont you use the POH that comes with the kit?

Cheers

Rick

My choice of different engine than a Rotax, I need to custom make one.

I have found that the two parts relate to the parachute kit, just don't know where.

Hello Skee;

I believe those two parts are the trim pieces that fit under the stabilizer on each side to close the gap between the uipper rear of the fuselage and the bottom of the empennage.

Very nice work on your airplane; fly safely,

Dan
