Yes, its tail looks to be at an angle, but the pilot kept control on the way down and there was a landing area which allowed survival, in contrast to some other recent events which should have had the same result but left the pilot putting down into trees. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

A Sapphire will actually glide quite well and even fly with a sick motor (sometimes). Touchy in pitch.
