I use AvPlan but think you'll need segments to lodge flight plans etc.  And don't forget the time changes from nsw to south Australia to Central West to West. Easy to get caught with end of day.

Weather stations? I'm not meaning METARs, just normal, non-aviation weather stations. Mining companies seem to have their own?

Yep. Mining companies have them and some you can pay to access their data.

Apparently weather stations are still needed to feed The Model even if satellites and AI are now the principal providers

WA has terrible wet and windy weather at the moment but we're expecting better weather starting in September. At least that's when I'm hoping to be able to get back into flying lessons.

We're just planning on going for the Saturday. We went to the BBQ they had a few months ago. Nice people. Good strip. Welcoming locals. Owners seem lovely.

I cannot find any contact details for the Augusta Aero Club, and I suspect they may be "running on a shoestring budget".

 

The Shire of Augusta-Margaret River owns and operates both Augusta and Margaret River airstrips. No landing fees are charged at either airstrip, but landings must be emailed to the Shire.

I don't doubt that many infections will effect the brain  - some short term, some permanent, some terminal - Other than taking what precautions  & treatments that are available and we wish to take - what do you suggest???

 

The reality is" life" also effects the brain - I am told that we "peek" at about 25 years and its down hill from there.

 

The internet is a wonderful tool but like all tools can be misused. I council against Dr Google  - most of use are not qualified to interpret/understand the information that may be there.

 

TRUE STORY; A friend had a pain in her lower abdomen. Turned to Dr Google and acted as she interpreted the advice therein. Two weeks later rushed to  ICU, very close to death. Lucky for her, an emergency operation to remove a section of her gut was successful and she lived. Could so easily have gone the other way.

Vaccination REDUCES the severity of the Infection I only caught it. ONCE and had near to no symptoms but tested Positive for quite a While, so didn't socialise.. Not any bad effects from the NEEDLE anytime  With my eldest son  was a different matter He's till ok now  but he was in a very exposed situation. One relatives Middle aged son died within 24 hours of catching Covid. It's NOT just another Flu. Nev

Yes a pretty comprehensive report however nearly everybody was forced to have the vaccine and many of us suffered immediate affects from that regardless of official figures (propaganda). I didn't spend a lot of time reading that but did they compare the brain damage to those that refused the vaccine?
