Should be able to get one from your Tecnam dealer. I got one here in Aus from my local Tecnam dealer.If you are handy with metalworking you may be able to make one once you see a picture of one.

Yes Dave my Tecnam Super Echo also has two restrictors as you describe. I was aware of the one in the return line to the tank and noticed the one in the line to the fuel pressure gauge when I was replacing fuel hoses earlier in the year. Flyhi

My Tecnam has a restrictor in the tee where the return line to the tank tees off the main fuel line from the pump to the carbs.
