Maybe go back to the manufacturer's storage and despatch people if you can get to them. Often those guys who have to do it all day long, and neatly, make their own tools or have a brilliant cutting method.

The material is Fibreglass Reinforced Plastic. The Fibreglass is the glass strands which act like steel mesh in concrete. The "plastic" is a Thermosetting Resin, usually Polyester Resin. There are hundreds of different makes and types of polyester resin. The outer or visible surface which is painted onto the mould is also a resin pigmented to the desired colour. This is called a Gel Coat. In your case it sounds like there might be some oxidising of the gel coat. I would talk to the Nynja manufacturer to establish whether Starbright gel coat restorer would be suitable for the materials used in the Nynja laminate to ensure you don't get a nice white surface but then have to replace a weakened panel. In boats and vehicles and other products, painting, spraying a new gel coat then laboriously cutting out the high spots to get a moulded finish are options, but add too much weight for a small aircraft like this. If the oxidation is through the gel coat and into the laminate there will be structural deterioration, so replacing the panel my be the cheapest option.

We wen You've said this many time and that's the way it was in the sixties and 70s before scanners. However, now, with multiple scanners in big hospitals and different types, and pushing camera's up from the wrist area into the heart, they can see what % Plaque, and stent an artery, they can see the valves and replace them, etc so there are less surprises. What they do after surgery now is send the patient to regular clinics where they do quite heavy work outs; from what I saw heaveier than Stress ECG, so if you are interested in heart it would bve well worth a look at what happens today. For a start not too many die in their 50s and 60s like they used to. -

You just got some very good advice. The tests you describe are serious heart tests, so personally I wouldn't mess around with them. -

Of course not. I do got top Supercheap from time to time, I do look up their ring binders and get Part Numbers for items and even though you might not believe it they do fit the Falcon when you take them home. Is there anything wrong with that? Did you find the report he made? It was actually about a Recreational aircraft and it was actually a good lesson in safety backing up what you had said.
