    Fly, I find that comment patronising and insulting If it wasnt for the "old guys" you wouldnt have Recreational Flying Who do you think fought so hard to get the privelidges that we all enjoy today Remember that it was those that walked ahead that created the path for you. Everyone that contributed to the formation of the old AUF and now the RAA and those that are still fighting for our rights deserve some respect When you have put in the hard yards, you will have the right to criticise I remember when I was 18, I thought my old man knew nothing. When I was 25, I was amazed at how much he had learnt in 7 years I am now 60 and still learn things from my elders I hope that you can benefit from the 'old guys' and appreciate what they have done for us all Bryon

    Pitrex is a program that was developed by Tony Nixon. I knew him as a FI at Tyabb in Vic As Jabiru Phil said, 'gives taf, arfor in plain english. The best point is that it draws a line portraying fronts, also nominates the best runway.' Giving the fronts as a visual guide is a very handy feature as it overlays the text and highlights the text description at the same time thereby giving a very quick and easy reference for fronts Just by hitting page down, it highlights the next text reference and shows a visual diagram of the front A great little program that was advertised for sale in RA magazine a year or so ago I was at Tyabb on Sunday but Tony went aerial surveying 12 months ago and we have no contact info
