Not really, your estate can be frozen, any any family memer or person on the ground affected can sue for negligence. But in case that I die I have suggested to my wife that she not sell it but put a chain saw through it. No insurance problems. Because that alters their profit adversely they don't like it much and do things that YOU don't like much.. They also end up having deeper pockets than you do.. Result Stiff Cheddar for you.
