NSW Party time!!! Woohoo! Gladys has just announced the new freedoms for all the good little boys and girls, yes you can now meet outside with a max number of 5 including children! (Within 5 km of home)Too bad if you are a family of 6!

I wonder what little candy that mummy Gladys is going to give to all the good little boys and girls?

Kids dying at the Qudos Bank Arena? Not a mention of it in the news, why???? What is happening? How would you feel if it was your child? Safe and effective? I don’t think so. Australians open your eyes,we are being lied to. PCR positive test does not mean you have Covid 19, could simply be the common cold or even less.

On J230, the heat, and suitability of the Rotax 912ULS
planesmaker replied to RFguy's topic in Jabiru
Rf I think you have done too much paper work. A 912s will be no problem and will not be down on performance compared to your Jab engine, you will be running a larger more efficient prop. May even be better performance 😀 -
My apologies

Weight & Balance and Fixed trim

If you have full forward stick in cruise your cg is out or the tailplane incidence is wrong. As you said cg was ok I would look at the tailplane. -

Tail plane is rigged wrong, more + incidence would fix it -
Lots of elbow grease needed. White spirit will work but needs time. If you can dampen a cloth with white spirit place over the area then tape a sheet of plastic over it to slow evaporation down and walk away for a while. Come back and rub off with a rag.

Have a look in flight manual or front of log book to see what engine is specified. Probably 912A which is certified. Are looking at replacing it?

Twin engine conversion of a Vans RV6-A.

Why ruin a good design by adding weight and complexity? -
If it is not used for training the owner can maintain it.

Octave, TGA under weekly Covid 19 vaccine safety report
-
Octave, TGA website where people have to actually choose to go there to report an adverse event. It is not mandatory reporting.
-
From TGA website Sadly two people with confirmed TTS following the first dose of the AstraZeneca vaccine died in the last week. One was a 44-year-old man from Tasmania and the other was a 48-year-old woman from Victoria. We extend our sincere condolences to their families and loved ones. Tell them the benefit outweighs the risk!!! RIP fellow Australians
-
The 399 that have been reported to the TGA were reported by family or close friend, or doctor of the deceased who obviously considered the link to the vaccine strong enough to report it. Many would go unreported. Food for thought. Not to mention the thousands of adverse reactions also reported. Maybe mild maybe severe we will never be told.

TGA website Australia (therapeutic goods administration)

399 reported deaths to TGA from Covid vaccine, makes one wonder if we are going the right way.

So really not going to work out cheaper to run. Maybe and only maybe less pollution
-
Need we mention the large tax revenue from fuel sales will have to be replaced with???

CASA - Email Aircraft Registration Coming Soon
planesmaker replied to FlyingVizsla's topic in Governing Bodies
I am guessing they are going to start charging for aircraft registration. This is a way to kill off the rest of what’s left of GA. Registration coming soon? my aircraft is registered and they already have the details. What is going on? -
I maintain a Jab engine, when originally asked I stipulated it must have CHT on every head. I set the alarm at 155. I check the max temps every 25hrs and reset. Engine is now coming up to 1000 hrs. Yes I’ve had to remove heads etc for various reasons, stuck rings(avgas), failed lifters etc. but the Jab engine must be kept cool. 180+ that Jabiru specify as max is way too hot.
