  1. Well have a look at a few installations that are around. You will find a few done this way. Problem that was happening if you had full tanks fly on the left tank with the return into the right tank that tank would over flow out the vent. That's what I was told.
  2. The fuel return can be pumbed back into the fuel gascolator on the top if it's fitted with one.
  3. RV isn't a LSA they are home built. Or do they come in under the ELSA At the end of the day a LSA is a factory certified aircraft that should be maintained buy a level 2 or LAME. So I would have thought disconnecting a control systems you would have to.
  4. If it's a LSA does that mean a LAME or level 2 has to inspect it each time the wings are unfolded? I'm sure that control systems would have to be disconnected.
  5. We thought about a slick looking carbon fiber aircraft but costs rise even more. There's nothing like rag and tube flying at 50knots. Looking into electric as well but prices on the equipment is still expensive.
  6. Yes we have looked at setting up a shop just to produce the kits. Looking at 10 straight up. Only thing that will be sublet out would be wing skins. The rest would be done in house Manufacturing pods,brackets,tubes drilled ready for assembly. I agree with what's happening with Raa and there is already aircraft out there flying for $10-$20k. Looks like we will look for a new venture.
  7. I've priced up new skins and it's $3k for them. Then add up all materials. $1k just for a pod plus everything else. Doesn't take long to add up.
  8. Hi How do people think a new 95-10 aircraft kit would go here in Australia. With rising costs of fuel ect are people looking at going back flying rag and tub aircraft? Kit would be around $15k 100hrs assembly time add engine and Instruments fly away.

  14. I've set a few up. Get the manual read it a couple of times then go flying. Take a mate with you to keep a eye out the window while you set it up. Is it D180 or skyview?
  15. V10 is great. Had one in my nanchang and thruster T500. Good internal intercom and has dual watch.

    You interested in completed one with 130hrs in it. 100hp rotax.
  19. What about the brumby before that, did it lose a wheel as well or other issues.
