  3. accountability as far as I can see when it was okay for raa to pay for another air craft that got repaired through a mishap but the so called experts could not and would not look into the repair that was done and was completely against the repair manual the repairer did not have said manual for aircraft when it was available to him his claim that I as owner of said aircraft did not supply it to him he was at that time an l4 and a cassa lame no a well known l2 did fly to were the aircraft was and did an inspection off said aircraft and was appalled at what he witnessed yet raa tec did not even bother to inspect parts remove from repaired at a fly in don I have a feeling that you are being fed a heap of bull specific question don take a look into storch s 24 4524 that was owned by neil t Bradley and the blatant disregard for rules and regulation by raa and you tell me its okay when I informed raa about the rotax return line to the tank nothing has been done about it I have this gut feeling that this may have contributed to 3 accidents if not more why has this not been addressed as it has been in the rotax since 1997 on all 912 motors and 912 s motors can you produce a document from rotax saying that a return line is not required on all 912 rotax motors as the tec has refused to supply me with it don so an aircraft that requires a new engine frame, new windscreen, new legs, new under carriage, new legs,new firwall , new rudder peddles ,new gasculator ,repair to wing tip cracked leading edge ,re rigged as the rigging was 20 degrees out 2 l2 would not pass this aircraft as airworthy trust raa to be transparent bull I would hate to go flying with some take off and he hands me a shifter and says tighten the wheel nut will yah repairs on the run sound familure neil

  14. when a group off persons called a meeting on this very matter I did jump at the chance to demand that the then constitution needed to be up dated and the board made accountable that it had to made public and all members that is the so called over 12000 members to be involved yes apparently we as an organization of over 12000 members now there was collusion and now way that you could get the truth out of them I was threatened to shut up or I would be banned thrown out now don't shoot our selves in the foot by just laying down and not having your say as it is our fun time your organization as members it is your right to say want you would like how it is to be written after all its about us the members in my opinion it need just 100 members to demand a meeting of the board to make changes to the new constitution what I would like is a written letter of confirmation that the first general meeting will be for changes if needed and I feel it will to this constitution if it is passed yes bruce admin did get a great deal off shit and threats personal attacks on him and his family I thank him and his family for continueing to make this site what it is a venue for aviation to be discussed the good the bad and the ugly me neil
  15. how many off you have been involved in rewriting a constitution it is not easy when I was told that I was brining raa into disrepute that I would thrown out and he didn't care who I was or what I owned he was the top guy {is this going to happen again } when a letter off complaint to another on the board to hard for them to handle just keep flying {can this happen again } is my opinion on something going get me banned so now it is that at the end of three years you are off the board for one year this should stop the board from collusion so we will have a new board every three years opp that aint going to work at 6 months a general meeting should be called so as any mistakes and holes can be addressed (why not ) now why is there only one board member on this site willing to take a lot off flake why was this site not adopted by raa because the the so called experts were to stupid not to take up the offer (idiots) some off us sceptical as to the what has happened in the past off the members don't need to know attitude by the board their are some bloody good ideas been put up by some keep it up neil

  25. after landing at an airport I was leaving to go and doing my walk around when I was approached by a person who wanted to know why I did a complete magi check on shut down and shut down on one magi and why I pushed down on the tail of my aircraft and moved the rudder through its full movement my answer was why don't you do it his reply you don't have to do that to witch I replied so things only break while you are flying he walked away when I and others were building the wallaby at temora he came up to me and asked did I remember him and that he now understood why I did what I did some times what is a stupid reply will make you take notice neil
