I have not flown a jab or thruster but the funny thing is i owned a thruster but never never flew it. i was too heavy so i sold it to a skinny guy. i have flown a texan. sports star and a sling 2 And 172 and a piper warrior and c182 and tecman i just need to get hours under my belt i can be hot and cold with flying. sling 2 was nice to fly new and shiney 2 big flat screens. downside is you tend to look inside the plane and not out.

Hey guys i am getting back into flying. And the local instructor teachers on a savannah i think it's a S20. So the question what are the aircraft like to fly vices and tips would be a great help. Regards Paul

don't want to say as i will give away the the school. they do have nice planes but i don't think they are worth that much.

if the dual cost and solo have gone up it can't be wages growth as there has none of that for a while. And there are no landing fees at this airport. And prices at other schools at the same airport have remained the same.

I am looking at getting back up to speed. as i have had a year off and notice that one local school has put up their prices by forty an hour. we are starting to push up into the GA area now.

I haven't flown for about a year. I plan on going back soon. I find using a sim help to keep your eye in. Works well for me. I do all the radio calls airspace rules preflight check lists. This helps keep current when i have long breaks from flying

Yes the engines computer went into shut down safe mode. and then you are unable to rev it past three thousand RPM. But as others have said it's hit and miss when you buy fuel.

This didn't happen when i was flying but could have. About two weeks ago i filled my car up i use 98 unleaded but here is the kicker i wash my car engine on the same day. so you would think the electrics go wet. So after two week of cleaning out plugs and checking all sorts of things. it turned it was fuel contamination.

I think the aircraft was based at Jacobs Well. And that's where the sling distributer is based. i think he has a red sling 4

if it's true that they pancaked in it would be a miracle anyone survived
