    Hi Jamie yes we are in Logan Village ,once we are started you are welcome to come down and see the progress ,we will be talking to other forum users on thier builds for of the sierra,as well for tips etc ,the engineering and sheetmetal parts of the build will be ok but we are sure that input from guys that have built will be helpful,give me a ring 0412722621 cheers gareth

    Hi Alan we estimate by 0ctober, work commitments allowing the time frame isnt abig issue really 2 bodies working should keep a consistant work schedule but we are sure there will be some down time ,we also have to both get our licences as well !we will keep a pretty detailed work and progress log as well as plenty of pics and maybe a video as well thanks for the encouragement Cheers Gareth

    did my glides today did 2 with flaps 10,20.40 o and 2 with flaps bit of a breeze went up to some more and we were called in by ATC to much rain so that was it for the day circuits not so stress ful now actually all coming together at last cheers Gareth

    well done dave craig and i have just ordered our sierra and hope to have in our w/shop in 5 to 6 weeks we are presently building a mezzanine to do the build we have a full workshop with guillotine ,press brake ,and all equip to build ,we hope ours turns out as neat as yours maybe see you next year at Natfly safe flying cheers gareth

    no i mean 1200mm inches is old school ha ha (im old but get younger every minute i look at the sierra) i work in metric all the time and cant be bothrerd to try and convert imperial! cheers gareth

    hey guys had a fly in the cougar and sierra at Gary Morgans Viper and i are hooked what a great plane very quick and easy to fly we will be ordering a sierra kit this week cheers gareth

    hi alan any of the above yours? craig (viper)and i have lookd at jab,s but the morgan sierra is the best value for money in this class good lines ,speed etc after the trial flights we will discuss the mods we require and all being well we will start down the road of building cheers gareth

    nah ,i dont really panic just a bit stressed about getting it all to work cfi leaves me do do it and has only had to grab twice so will get better with more flying cheers Gareth

    some people take more than 15 hrs because the schools are a business ie more hrs more income and us older blokes (and gals) are in a different comfort zone to normal 22 lessons and close too first solo! cheers gareth
