  1. no ian this foram aint part of problem just some of the imbersiles that run down our organizers and don't contribute in a positive way some use this foram to crititsize with half truths and down right lies I was at temora thurs to sun the next person that blames casa for doing ramps checks at temora will need a good health insurance we have brought this on our selves one imbercile was going ballistic about casa aparantly he did not have wheather no flight plan no map because he is only 35 min from temora and knows the area like the back of his hand another idiot going ape about having to carry plb his life not worth 500 dollars or so now casa want to be hard on us how would you like to have to put in tso instruments now darlings what would do if a l2 l3 grounds your plane for having bent under carriage bent legs cracked windscreen crack in leading edge off wing bent rudder peddles egt not working flap indercator not working texta marks on wing at 10 20 30 40 degrees bent engine frame gasculator modified were you cant do a proper drain now we have a flying school that has a training plane with a fuel tank that you cant fill to full as it will leek I wonder were the xxx is that has a radio squeels like a stuck pig once again training plane I wonder were plane that the brakes might work now if you know where they are let raa know they will deal with it yeh:roflmao: and the dear l2 is not touched our rules our lives comply with our rules and casa wont be around neil

  5. yes turbs who is cassa glad ya got pills right see some people pull you up on a stuff up:victory: now casa did not write our regs a group of people wrote them so as we have the freedom of flying but some imbersiles decide that we don't have to abide by our rules and start making their own rules example putting on different props on 24 reg planes making some l2 unaccountable now our own ops manual states that all mods on 24 reg must be factory approved all parts must be fitted to the manafactors specification now when casa start to make us abide by our rules and regs and be accountable for our own stupidity don't blame the bloke with the big pen he will scratch us of his list and that wont be hard to do if we continue on the path we have been traveling more has to be done on checks and proceadors so as our planes don't become an fixture in the shed while I do have an axe to grind over what happened to me I will continue to stire the pot as it can happen to you neil

  8. like I said some were before duty of care will bite us some day what I don't get is these are our rules and regs we are the ones breaking them how in the hell is CASSA to blame CASSA now want us to abide by our rules and regs and you poor little soles are crying sooks as several people have found out our rules were written so as to confuse and be manipulated by people RAA appointed l2 l3 duty off care rest with them as some off you sooks found out when you were grounded all hell broke loose didn't it some off you are flying planes that do not comply by our rules yet your l2 has signed them out as airworthy who is accountable you are not your l2 you are not a l2 I am just a pilot but you should know according to our rules scenario like a leaking fuel tank on a flying school plane for over four years in this case the l2 should be banned and fined flying school on the do not call list flying school plane instirments not working that are fixed to plane l2 fine and banned flying school on do not call list plane that does not have motor installed correctly to manufactors specs owner fined l2 l3 fined and banned but your horror I did not know that as the l2 l3 was to keep it airworthy but your horror how was I to know that is how it was to be mounted your horror do your regs state that as the owner of said plane it is your resposability to make sure it is airworthy but your horror we need to change the rules so as lame l2 l3 l4 are accountable now sooks start crying cause this is coming and not before time it is our fault that we have let this shit get to this neil

Would we describe it more as a "toothless kitten" . volksy with the shxx that I have gone through over my plane there has only been on tec bloke that took any interest in what i was trying to do and they sacked him for my plane to be airworthy needed new wind screen new undercarriage and legs new engine frame new rudder peddles new fuel gasculator repair of leading edge of right wing and re rigged return line to fuel tank this was found by a lame l2 l3 that cared this is after repair and sighned out as airworthy writing to raa and casa it was a civil matter according to them and I have that in writing from raa and casa don't own the plane now neil

I had an instructor writing an entry into the endorsement section of my log book for every different RAA type I got checked out in,,,a GA instructor had a look at it one day and asked who wrote all the crap in my book, needless to say it didn't happen again, I always thought it was odd, but being a low timer I just accepted it as right Matty matty I have been checked out on four planes all are in my log book including cons speed prop all are different your GA instructor is full of it xxxx as one instructor found out that flying a storch s was totally different to a gazelle or a tecnam or a jab or Texan and yes he did two hrs at my cost whitch was a surprise to me no surprise to me as I go to these meetings those of you that complain get of your arxx and attend meetings neil

  23. tecair my full name neil Bradley 7 stevens crs Mooroopna vic phone number 0419202665 ring me and I will send you the photos Oscar you are right on the ball bloody basic things that l2 l3 lame should pick up and yet they are not accountable for not finding the stuff ups on the plane that you own you are as I am not a l2 l3 or lame how in the hell can I find problems with the plane read the manual raa cannot and don't do a bloody thing about l2 l3 lame that don't find defects in your plane as I have found out the l2 l3 lame that found major defects on my plane had all the manuals and got all the specs for the maker before he would touch the plane neil

  25. it finaly got to me how many off you so called experts have realy been following this foram I tried to tell you that my plane that was repaired by a l2 l3 lame was a death trap it is the only way to describe the repairs I for one am lucky that i was not part off a inquest as to why my plane crashed what a pity that it did not as the misses would have been a millionaire now as the repairer did not have any repair manuals used parts bought from bearing services used parts not suitable why don't you ask RAA to release the photos that they have of my planes repair bet that they don't its just a civil matter some off you could not fix a wheel barrow next time you fly a school plane check out the maintenance record and go over the plane thourghly neil
