    I only use it for hills it's not on all the time. Bernie.

    My motorhome has a 60 lt gas tank I only turn it on when approaching a hill..I've only filled it once in two years that was January this year. Bernie.

    One of my instructors hit the master switch off..we had just turned downwind @ Hervey bay.told me to aim at the centre of the runway, and as we got closer to start aiming back towards the threshold. I ended up just doing a normal landing...it did at first scare the crap out of me . I do remember saying I was going to bash the crap out of him when we land... but I forgot to do it... Bernie.

    I'm pretty sure they tried doing just that at Hervey Bay airfield ages ago, didn't go through. Bernie.

    We have a pair of Magpies here with a young baby. The parent's when coming into land on a windy day turn into wind just as the let down...baby has yet to master this maneuver...comical.. Bernie.

    At 77 Ian I'm almost a dinosaur...but not there yet, I've been a member almost from the start I think ? As long as I can just read what's new, that's all I look at not interested in anything else...I don't normally look at video's unless they are about aircraft. Bernie.
