  2. what he said! i personally wouldnt be putting a lithium ion battery in a plane, but lithium iron is quite good from all reports except for the damage to the hip pocket nerve.

  5. might be a question for another thread but... what are people paying for hire of an RaAus aircraft these days.. I pay $150/hour wet ICP savannah S when i was training it was $190 hour dual

  12. I've come to realise over my short life, that there are some people out there who like nothing more then to spoil it for others, just because they can. If there is a pseudo-believeable reason they can blame it on, all the better.. up here we call 'em wankers, and they need to get a job, and/or a life.

  24. just seen the bit addressed to me sorry lol. I was only referring to the bit where you said you can have a 3g but still need a external gps reciever.
  25. Gooneybird, you may indeed have a 3G iPad, and if you do, you do not need a sim card installed to use gps. I spose the easiest way to tell would be to look at the side of the unit opposite to your volume controls and see if there is a sim card tray.
