Yeah, was only goofing Keith. As bad as parts of the Logan area are it's still quite reasonable compared to some of the dodgy areas in the USA I've seen; not bagging the country at all but it does have some really rough parts. Same cause as here, welfare.

Why? I suggest it's much better and an hour a week (although it will almost certainly take more than one week to certificate). Also realise that there are significant differences in average hours to certificate, basically some are going to try to milk you for what they can so the hourly rate is not everything. Ask them what their average time is & talk to their other students.
