Student Pilot Posted June 26, 2020 Posted June 26, 2020 Typical eastern block country, I looked up Austers version of an Ag aircraft Auster Agricola - Wikipedia Looks very similar design to the Zlin, the Chek's took an outdated 50's design and decided to make in the 80's I think. With the Walter engine I think they were rated at a ton load.

onetrack Posted July 8, 2020 Posted July 8, 2020 Flighrite - I was trying to confirm if the Contys were 165HP or 185HP. Some sources say 165, some say 185. I think some typos have crept in, so I'll go with 185HP. The Italian lines gave it away.
