    Complicated. Is what I think . If you do pass a " radio transmitting " licence. It should be good for ' most ' transmitters . spacesailor

    I meant. You pay a fee , sit a test, & hopefully ' issued ' with the licence to operate that " allocated " frequency band . The next category, you sit almost that same test for another frequency band . So now you have two licences ,H F & VHF . ( marine) . Sit the same nominal rest again to gain ' Aviation VHF " air to air " . But not for " ground to air . Sit another test to gain another licence, for ' ground controllers licence. All on top of your " Amateur Radio transmitting " licence . spacesailor

    The difference could be what caused the " Max " problem. Centre line of thrust above wing or below wing . More engine power on a " Thruster " will surely push the nose down. Same power increase on a " Jabiru " will rotate nose high . Just my ' penny ' worth . spacesailor

    Temperature was / is not mentioned. Only " moisture in the air " . I failed to understand that logic in reference to Raaus ," piston engined / single propeller/ 10,000 foot ceiling aircraft . spacesailor

    " Glide approach " , Does that mean ' engine out ' & gliding. " carby icing " . Cannot happen without " moisture in the air " ! According to my ' test paper ' , My failure to understand, tests are not for a particular area of flying . spacesailor

    But They can also be used to ' weed out ' undesirable/ older people. If oldies are so bad at driving, why give them a licence at 70 plus years old . One 70 year old lady failed all her life to pass that driving test . Then lost it the following year . me , I dread that age driving test . I couldn't pass my Raa flying test . After 20 something ' take-off/ landings ' . To be told told ," i'll never gain a flying certificate " . spacesailor

    I was saying exhaust porting has changed , since the Old ' single ' tuned exhaust were being used on outboard motors . spacesailor

    But the application of those laws have charged. the outboard Motor can be efficient on both slow speed as well as wot .revs . All to do with the exhaust tuned for different cycles. spacesailor

    Specialist My heart Specialist. Wouldn't tell Me ,anything about my condition. And said " it is all in the cloud " . he wasn't happy when I cancelled all my future appointments. Nothing sent to my gp either. Now my wife has a missing report from her Specialist. her gp isn't happy with that . spacesailor

    " see your doctor every 3 to 5 years " . For the wife & I . It seems 3 to 5 weeks is a long time , without appointments. My appointments are not as great now as before my hip replacement. But the wife has taken over from me . Now has a ' heart vein ' constriction, & a lung infection, from ' bush fire ' smoke . But has finished with ' skin cancer ' radiation treatment. So that's good . spacesailor

    My ( they say ) problem is 'arrhythmia ' . I just say " I'm saving the my heart by not rushing it " . I don't mind if it goes down to 45 bpm . But preferably 55 bpm is OK . THEY ( heart specialist ) got me up to 105 bpm on that treadmill . spacesailor

    I am assessed by my doctor for my driver's licence. RAA accepts that, as " self declared " fitness. I had a ' heart check ' that seemed to go on forever. When asked as to my health , that Dr said he doesn't talk to his patients, & all the results are in the " cloud ". No more heart checking . If it's ticking it passes muster . spacesailor

    Yes " none are getting out alive " but What happens to the few , who do return, from that other " none existence " . I can't claim that record , as a female, out of our 100 chosen children , ( 100 terminal disease, to test penicillin) has claimed , " she too died & returned " . " Been there done that " . spacesailor

    My ' wife ' . Does not do anything like " flying, driving " a car. or having a licence . Now all my ASSETS will be in her name . just incase you wish to sue me . Will I be able to get ' free government ' lawyers to defend me. Will that " no win no bill " lawyer give me a go . spacesailor
