Ian welcome to summer in Brisbane and it has even ticked over yet, you will get used it mate..you will know where all the cool places are in the city soon enough...go to to the botanic gardens near the river in the late afternoon and you will find a nice cool breeze most days..enjoy.. David

On the accomodation front, do an internet search around Spring Hill area, that is right next to the city, you will find some studio's and 1 bed appartments in that area, a lot are furnished, not sure of the rents..maybe $250 +P/W.. Hi Phil, The airfield at Halfpenny Green looks good mate.. so maybe a bit of flying and then a couple of those English ale's sounds very nice.. I will look forward to that next year if we come over.. David

Hi Matt, Coastal Aviation on the Sunshine Coast (Rob Stowe) is suppling Sky Fox parts so he would be worth a phone call or Tony Kerr at Gympie Aviation Maintenance in Gympie, I can't find their number right now but if you do an internet search I am sure you will find both numbers. David
