HMMM As I have a Few years of ' chopping Alluminium ' under my belt . IT is far different to chopping wood !. That long handle will save your back , & the ight head will save your shins , feet & legs. Much depends on ' Control ' of that cutting blade , I did not chop to release trapped people But to disassemble the whole aircraft . spacesailor

My garage can get up to 50 ○c in those hot summers, The following day the ' AGM ' batteries just stop charging! . Those Old lead acid batteries just go on & on . Ihave three Old 6 volt batteries from 1950 ish , dry charged , waiting for a use . One Day LoL. spacesailor

Ssshhhiiittt I was quick on to this, & now a little disappointed. I need a GOOD battery , that will last a longer time than what I use now. Not just capacity but longevity. The Old lead acid batteries lasted years , new A G M , lucky to last one year. spacesailor

It,s not just the length that is problematic . A three trailer tried to get over the Hawksbury river By ferry. BUT due to its 100 k or ton load per trailer the poor ferry coudn,t keep its nose Above water. AND the hapless driver couldn,t reverse off the ferry , ( prime mover & one trailer ). spacesailor

RAA planes Can & are reclassified as -😈 V H Experimental! . Were does that leave RAA ? ' out the door ' So if an aircraft home built goes from RAA- 19- to the Civil register. With its 6X6 G airframe , plus a rotax 582 . / 3 lt McCullough twostroke 75 hp motor. Great combination far exceeding the power to weight ratio fo doing ' strange ' maneuvers . spacesailor

Lots of cars are popping tyres by hitting potholes. With there Low profile tyres . And aren,t bushcat tyres ' high profile tyres ' on small or standard rims . spacesailor

WO,er ,,there pilgrim . Tyre, Can be five inch on the rim X 4 "wide , by 200% ratio, gives an eight inch hight. I have a pair of car tyres from a millennium ago 13 or 14 rim fit , But taller than 16 inch 255 tyres , AND only 4 inch wide . Very vintage . So can we get 4" X4.00 X200 . ? spacesailor PS 4X4s use over hight tyres ! Something like 15" X 300 . Huge hight advantage, ( 245 width X Three = 735 mm high)

Ground looping cars Is/was a chauffeurs skill , to escape ambushes . Not just aircraft that can,t be aerobatic certified, but the engine has to be also able to keep going whilst inverted. The super maine Spitfire,s carbie was not the best in that situation. My airframe is rated 6 x 6 G !. Thats good . BUT The engine has a sump for oil !. Thats Not much good for inverting. LoL Has any one tried ' dry suming ' a V W motor yet ? . spacesailor

AND THERES THE POINT. Nose dragers have 100%, better forward vision than those old timers of yesteryear, or is it Now Millennium. Just the thought of Hanging outside the cockpit to keep your eyes to the front while taxying, is on the same learning curve as jumping out of a good aeroplane with your hand grasping your chute release handle . spacesailor

A PENNY,S WORTH IF, I C engine,s are BAD. THE the new ' rocket ', that is only a test vehicle! . MUST TAKE THE CAKE. all the air burnt away, plus the carbon released by those massive engines . Is a jumbo jet burns a years worth of car fuel " on tale-off " that rocket will probably burn more fuel & produce more carbon that the Worlds cars . Then there,s all those house fires !, more carbon produced there, than the house owners car would ever produce. spacesailor

Sydney " hazard reduction fire " killed over 400 by the smoke & another 10 by burns. Not much reported over this. And hundreds hospitalised. ' SOME BLOOODY HAZARD ' spacesailor
