Yes ! . They are privey , but great fun , even on that super ' cheap ' level . I tried ' helicopters ' but after wreaking three , I think the drones work better . The biggest problem is finding a " legal " area to practice & see if you can afford a ' electric aircraft club membership . Locally we have a ' club ' field that is empty 6 days a week . But Of course the council does not want the none-paying public to use it , when empty. spacesailor

Yes ,! That Opal was poorly powered & had to be lightened by cutting the ' double skin ' from the boot , then it had to be ' braced ' with a bar welded inside the boot. spacesailor

It's a " knock off. " to keep the company afloat. BADGE ENGINEERING like Holden's Commadore from ' Opal Germany ' . spacesailor

Half way , but stopped for " short wave listening " ' CQ ' as far as Quito South America . spacesailor PS: NZ changed the rules. So you had to do ' years on a specified frequency '. -

England has " vast " underground caverns. That were useful! ' before the " anti- coal " ,people shut them down . What an ' opportunity ' to use those mines again, Just to stuff them full of toxic waste. Stop subsidence & hide that waste for the next millennium or two. spacesailor -

IT & OTHERS Were ' registered flying " HummBirds " . Just a " Bureaucratic " wave of a pen , To remove a certain ' aircraft ". Those with ' time ' in service were " grandfathered " . Those registered aircraft , without time, will have to be reconfigured for a different category. Or used for display purposes. One out of 18 builders, I know of , one reregistered . spacesailor
