Let's hope next time your upside down in an aircraft with fuel spilling around you the investigator turns up in a hurry to tell us what to do! As I said, we do what we think has to be done at the time. We might make it hard for an investigator, better that making it easy for the Coroner!

Steady! I'm in the CFA and get a bit tired of these sorts of comments. People always come to the scene after a Fire or Accident and say why did they cut the fence or they wrecked mums new car. At the time we do what needs to be done to save lives or property. You can always fix the fence or buy a new car but you can't buy a new mum. And we do it for free !

Well I'll be ! You have TROLLED this forum , insulted everyone that has made a post, know everything and all in under a month of joining this forum. Maybe you should consider going back to PRUNE's forum and play with the big GA boys instead of annoying us Rec flyers. I know this won't insult you as "it is only words and it is how you interoperate them that matters" !

Manwell, could you please enlighten us ( with your immense knowledge ) what's wrong with being instructed to fly an aircraft within its envelope to be safe. Please explain the flaws in the system that your extensive experience has found. You quote "why would you dispute such a large investment". The large investment in my view is to learn the safest way to pilot an aircraft in a curriculum with proven standards so you have a greater chance of not becoming a statistic . How else do you learn the skills?

100% correct ! Being a low hours pilot the main thing that is on my mind turning base or final is air speed. You learn what the minimums are for the aircraft you are flying and if you fly above them and stay balanced you are always safe, if not do a go around. That's what my instructor taught me ( and I had a great instructor) it's not rocket science!

His computer still works! Maybe if he is out there he might defend himself ? No ones out there to shoot him down if all is above board! I read this forum to gain knowledge ( and I have gained heaps ). Not to be lead down the garden path by somebody being untruthful or stretching the truth. -

As Pauline Hanson Said " Please explain " If I'm on the money , I always had doubts about the person we ( well I think you ) are referring too. Forums always worry me , you can be who you want till you are found out. Not naming names but there are a couple of others on this forum that seem to have been and done everything in aviation! Yeah right! next time I have to get 300 ewes and lambs into our yards you will have to come over and show me how it's done. I have a bitch of a time with 3 trained sheep dogs a quad bike and a couple of helpers. Then I'm only a FARMER

Maybe I'm wrong but I like to hear what's going on in the circuit ! Everyone tells you to look outside and see what traffic is doing . Most times I fly I don't always have visual sighting of aircraft in the pattern until I hear a transmission , with intentions and location. If the frequency is busy make it short and sweet ! Far better than the alternative.

Happy Birthday for Tuesday Frank! North QLD is gods own country Being a Mexican from down South I only get to visit once or twice a year! Hope the floods don't give you too much grief. I've just got home from a fire on our farm ( small not much damage ) That's what you love about OZ , floods one day fires the next, Happy New Year!

If your negligent just pay some wanker Lawyer thousands of dollars to represent you and your off! SSSSSSSimple ! Only joking ! I pay thousands of dollars for insurance every year. My public liability insurance company will only pay if I'm not proven negligent, if I'm negligent they don't have to pay up. What's the point of insurance ?

Hi Shane' I live in Heathcote and fly out of Bendigo. I was interested in the plane you purchased when I saw it online but didn't go on with it. Changed my mind about buying a fabric covered plane. You have got a good buy as it's like a new aircraft and have since found out being fabric is no problem. Might see you around in Bendigo or Echuca, I will keep an eye out...would love to come for a ride, thanks Butch
