What we need for a jet pack is something that could suck in the air and then instantly break it into Oxygen and Hydrogen ok.... it then uses the Hydrogen as an unlimited fuel supply and if needed you could use the O2 for high altitude breathing or if not exhaust it out while in the fuel making process....there you go simple...just made myself a millionaire...come on there must be some smart Aussie out there that can do this...by the way if anyone does build my idea you saw it here first and I want some royalties... Yes watched/recorded it on Foxtel, no I didn't think it strange that he was building a German plane in England just seemed strange that we didn't see him flying it but now that you have explained it I see how it worked out.. David

Just watched last nights episode called "Return of the Baron" very nice Nik, I was a little disappointed that we didn't see the Dr's Foker get into the air but what a tremendous effort to build that aircraft from scratch....nice one.. David

Nik I really loved it when you got the original pilot Major Bill Price into his old plane and took him for a ride...that was great... and then the work of restoring the Mustang and the engine was just fantastic...what an engineer....wow... like I said great episode Nik... David

Yes it sits very low in the water when it is not on the step...I think you would want to avoid big chop and a big boats wash or you may well need a snorkel or at least wind screen wipers...for the sort of money they want for on of these they probably should have both of these things... :) David

Hi All, It was a fantastic day to fly today at YRED, the weather was great and it was my birthday and OH yes I went SOLO today, what a day to remember...I did one circuit but I could have kept going around.... I have a photo here of my instructor and myself, thanks heaps to Wayne and Mahl at Fly Now Redcliffe, they are truly wonderful instructors... David

Went to my first Straddie breakfast this morning hitching a ride with Keith in his Sportstar, thanks Keith it was great,we had wonderful weather there and back, there seemed to be great turnout and the food was very nice, thanks to the crew there on Straddie. Here a few photo's that I took. David
