    Those ' multiple ' speed limits are not for " safety ". merely a source of " unlimited revenue " . even in 'Parramatta park ' has posted speed limits . That Only ' motorists have to obey, the cyclists can And , do go much faster than a 30 kph limit . ( they never get fined. Even when racing flat out down hill ). Revene raising spacesailor

    No, ! . never happened in my many years of driving. Never heard of any steering-wheels penetrating anyone's chest in real life . Like lots of things that get blown out of proportion. Out of " all " those car races ( thatcrashed )has one been reported like you say ," steering wheel through chest . spacesailor

    In those " good old days " we had proper bumpers that Actually worked. Even a 30 " mph " , urban crash your car ' normally ' drove to the garage to be mended . Unlike theses modern ' shit boxes ' , that rust away even when Not used . spacesailor

    Or " DIY " , Works out much cheaper than profiteering businesses. I was always told " work hard & make money " which is B.S. as your boss gets the cream & you get screwed . In hard times the phrase " tighten your belt " usually means your starving. Then your boss let's you go , so he doesn't have to pay you . spacesailor

    I have done that " pub crawl " by car . One pint per pub , always got sleepy before dangerous. Without the car , had to piggyback sleeping members of the pubcrawl . No easy task with two heavily pregnant woman in the group . Those 'were' the days my friends. spacesailor

    Can you get " electric disc brakes " . I made a boat trailer with " hydraulic " brakes . But my local safety check station refused to pass it . Without any reason given . I sold it & the new owner had no problem with registrating it. My grandson made his own ' motorcycle ' trailer at his apprenticeship class . spacesailor

    I see the reason to have the aircraft ' tail ' first . The hitch weight of the trailer has to be a certain weight . For safety, the engine close to the trailer wheels would be good . spacesailor

    Nsw has gone too far . A school has been demolished but the sign's and fines are still in use . One or twi k's over the limit . Fat chance, when you get a $ 500 fine for 0.05 of a second red light camer . What is that in fractions ? . Just driving too slow . Shows '' not safety " only revenue raising.     not all drivers are equal ! . If it rains in Sydney there are multiple crashes . By all addiring to those same Rules, that, they were taught. Almost none , taught on a " skid patch " . But they are competent, untill they are not . spacesailor

    Has anyone tried a smear of Lanolin or Vaseline. On the cup . Just the tiniest smear would seal it .then of course the plastic cracks up & it still falls . LoL spacesailor PS : I have to try. & epoxy one , of many , to get it mended .

    Yes, all female ," horse " riders . My one fatality was the young ( next ) ' junior championship ' rider . Huge loss to all involved in the sport . spacesailor

    On the question of " horse riders " , I have personally known . One death & two injuries. But now we have Princess Ann , questionable ' not ridding. For flying Only a " forum member " . Greatly missed . spacesailor

    Lanolin! , stay with a thick grease, a smear lasts forever. And it's cheaper by far . spacesailor

    There is one overlooked " grease " , by the name of Lanolin. It is the oil from sheep's ( wool ) hair . I have used it on rubber & it hasn't damaged it , after five years . It still has a little Shine left . Not ' animal ' fat , as it is only in the fleece. spacesailor

    "No longer a requirement " . Does that mean , I don't have to remove ' communication ' equipment from aircraft, when the new owner is not a licensed operator. Never did see those licenses for each part of the radio spectrum . As nothing more than revenue raising. spacesailor

    Just don't go , I had 60% burns . And maybe 4 or 5 skin patches put on the deep parts . It was bad trying to shave after that , so now sport a beard . When in the emergency the nurse said not to remove my cloths & wait till seen by a doctor. I took my jeans off & climbed ( with help ) onto a gurney . I woke up three days later . spacesailor

    Another way out of exercising . We will look like Americans soon . Today I walked 4.6 klmts . Measured by " Strava " APP . One sit & rest each way , to the chemist . ( I declined their free delivery ) . spacesailor
